We are happy to report that after interviewing our top candidate, we are unanimous in our decision to hire Ike Agawin as our new EFCCM Director. Ike has accepted the position and will start as EFCCM Director on January 1st, 2022.

I am happy to report that we have concluded a long and thorough search for our new EFCCM Director. The EFCC Board of Directors have been part of the process, following up reference checks for our top candidate. The Director of Finance & Operations helped with advertising the position, receiving applications and participated in the final interview with the other directors and myself.
We received 6 resumes from Canada and other parts of the globe. The job description for the position received input from our missionary coaches, IMC, and others.
In his two years of service in the EFCC, Ike has proven to be a great team player, a strategic thinker and godly mission leader. Our EFCC Board of Directors and our Home Office staff are excited to have Ike take this leadership role. Please pray for Ike as he makes this transition!
We look forward with much anticipation to see what God will do through the EFCCM in the future!
